slow elevator thin wall
The room was large.
The elevators were SLOW, and this became quite annoying during peak times. the room's wall seemed thin. I could hear noise from the adjacent room such as voices and items being placed on furniture which DISTURBED me.

city centre helpful staff
the hotel is near the city centre, banks, and stores so it is convenient. the staff helped organize a taxi service, this was excellent.
